Bloomington - Roy Arthur Foreman
II, 50, of Bloomington, passed away at 9:46 p.m. on Friday
(November 29, 2013) at Advocate Bromenn Medical Center in
Normal.

A funeral service will be held at
Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington on Wednesday,
December 04, 2013 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Thomas Wirsing
officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service
at the memorial home. Burial will be at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery
in Bloomington.

Memorials may be made to the Humane
Society of Central Illinois and Trinity Lutheran School
Athletic Fund.

Roy was born March 14, 1963 in
Bloomington, Illinois, a son to Roy and Jane Scott Foreman.

He is survived by his mother, Jane
Foreman of Bloomington; a nephew, Robert Henry Foreman of Des
Plaines; a cousin, Zachary Jensen of Bloomington and several aunts
and uncles.

Roy was preceded in death by his
grandparents, father, and one brother, Robert Foreman.

Roy graduated from Roosevelt
University with a bachelor's degree in General Sciences and
Psychology which he used to teach GED education at East Moline
Correctional Center. He loved music and had a passion for animals.
Roy was quite intelligent and enjoyed facts. He maintained a close
relationship with God which was strengthened by his friends and
family. He will be sorely missed.
