Roslyn J. Hogan

Roslyn J. Hogan, 75, of Keokuk, IA, died Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, IL.

Roslyn was born on February 24, 1947, in Burlington, IA, to Harold Max and Maxine Kaiser Richmond. She married Patrick Hogan on June 27, 1982 in Edina, MO. He died January 6, 2018.

Surviving family includes four children, Janeen Henderson of Washington, IL, Phillip Hogan of Keokuk, IA, Erin Hogan-Law of Iowa, Brenden Richmond of AZ; and two grandchildren, Harlen Henderson, Merrick Law. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.

Roslyn worked as a teacher for Great River Educational Association who worked with children who had special needs. She also a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of American Legion Post #41 in Keokuk, IA, and Daughters of the American Revolution. One way she served was to drive vets to Iowa City to the VA Hospital.

Rosalyn wished to donate her body to the Anatomical Gift Association of IL. Memorial services will be held at a later date.
