Rebel Lee King, 58, of El Paso, passed away at 3:19 a.m., Saturday, November 21, 2020 at Carle Bromenn Medical Center in Normal, IL.
He was born March 2, 1962 in Bloomington, IL. He was raised by his mother and step-father Roger and Sandra (McNeill) Dixon. He married Leona Punke on November 9, 1996 in Hudson. She survives.
Also surviving are his children Cody (Darcy) Seiler of Minot, ND and Amber Burns of El Paso; two brothers, Kevin and (Takako) King of Vista, CA, Rex King of Gridley; two sisters, Sherry Erbe of IA, Stormy Gale of Bloomington, IL; and two grandsons, Micah and Elliot Seiler.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Colin King.
Rebel was a foreman for Darnell Concrete in Normal for 20 years. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, tinkering in the garage and hanging out with friends and family.
There will be no formal service. Cremation will be accorded. Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in El Paso is assisting the family with arrangements.
