Mabel Linson

Mabel E. Linson, 80, of Rutland, IL passed away at 5:55 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at her residence.
She was born on August 10, 1941 in Olney, IL a daughter of Everett and Luvica Robinson Schwartz. She married Kenneth R. Linson on September 28, 1978 in Dana. He survives.
Survivors include her children, Janet (Dave) Tallent of Manville, IL; James (Jamie) Christensen of Racine, WI; Lisa Christensen of Wenona; one brother, Galen (Pam) Schwartz of Olney, IL; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, William Schwartz, Glen Schwartz, Everett Schwartz, Larry Schwartz, Kenneth Schwartz; and one sister, Betty Schwartz.
Mabel worked at Thatcher’s Glass Factory in Streator for many years.
She loved to Antique, go to flea markets, and spend time with her family.
Private family graveside services will be held at Dana Cemetery. Cremation will be accorded. Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk is handling arrangements for the family.
