Lillian Fleming

Gridley- Lillian Mae Fleming, 97, of Gridley, IL passed away at 3:00a.m. on Wednesday, November 01, 2017 at Heritage Health in El Paso.

She was born on June 10, 1920 in Lexington, IL a daughter of Sylvester Calvin and Mary Eunice Williams Clark. She married Ray H. Fleming on May 24, 1936 in Eureka. He passed away on April 29, 1984.

Survivors include two sons, Ron(Denise) Fleming of Gridley; Robert(Diane) Fleming of El Paso; one daughter, Sharon (Lou deceased) Wheelock of Las Vegas; family friend, Beverly Wassenhove thought of as a daughter; 9 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, John Fleming, three brothers and four sisters.

Lillian worked at the Gridley and El Paso meat lockers for 10 years.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at the Gridley Cemetery. Pastor Tim Huckins will officiate. There will be no visitation. Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in El Paso is handling the arrangements for the family.
