Jack Klendworth

Minonk - Jack Klendworth, 69, of Minonk, passed away at 6:26 pm on Saturday July 28, 2018 at Unity Point Methodist Medical Center in Peoria.
His funeral service will be at 11 am on Thursday August 2, 2018 at Ruestman Harris Funeral Home in Minonk with Rev. Ed Sinclair officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 4-8 PM and 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Minonk Township Cemetery, Minonk.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or OSF HealthCare Children's Hospital of Illinois.
Jack was born in Streator on April 10, 1949, a son to Roy and Velma ‘Granny' Smith Klendworth. He married Lois Woltzen in Minonk on June 24, 1972. She survives.
Also surviving are his daughters, Jennifer (David) Lindsay, Minonk, Ann (Ben) Herrmann, Princeville; grandchildren, Amber, Nicol, Andrew, Austin, and Ayden; great-granddaughter, Briley; brother, Leroy ‘Butch' (Laura) Klendworth, Independence, Iowa; and his sister Sally Seggerman, Minonk.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a grandson, Curtis Turner.
