Geraldine Delancey

Geraldine T. Delancey, 59, of Minonk, IL passed away at 10:53 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at her residence.
She was born on January 3, 1962 in Ilion, New York a daughter of Robert and Diane Dunham Hamilton. She married Michael Delancey on October 28, 1989 in Tuckerton, NJ. He survives.
Survivors also include two daughters, Michelle (Bradley) Thouvenin of Dana; Jamie(Russell) Hahn of Milan, OH; one son, Joseph Colavito of Minonk; four sisters, Jayne (James) Hall of Kentucky; Michelle (Thomas) Robinson of Florida; Kimberly Hamilton of Kentucky; Kelly McCowen of
West Virginia; two brothers, Robert Hamilton, Jr of Kentucky; Christopher Hamilton of Bloomington, IL; Nine grandchildren;
She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Colavito; one grandson, Roman and three sisters.
Geraldine worked as a cook in various restaurants in the area.
There will be no visitation or services at this time. Cremation will be accorded and the family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk is handling arrangements for the family.
