Charles Underwood

Minonk – Charles M. Underwood, 56, of Minonk, passed away at 1:10 a.m. on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana.

A Celebration of Life will be held on July 31, 2021 at his sister, Billie’s home. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice. Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk is assisting the family with arrangements.

Charles was born on September 18, 1964, in Pekin, a son to Sallie Marie Exzabe. He married Ashley Cunningham on July 28, 2011 in Eureka, she survives.

Also surviving are his siblings, Billie Stokowski of Minonk, Doug White of Albany, Indiana, and Jenny (Kirk) Schlosky of Belvidere. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Charles worked as a saw operator at O’Brien Steel in Minonk for over fifteen years.
