MINONK- Larry W. Hill, 65, of Minonk, IL passed away at 8:30 am on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at Heritage Manor in Minonk.
He was born on July 16, 1949 in Washington, IL a son of Ernest and Chlora Brewer Hill. He was married to Stephanie Hill and she survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Steven (Tracy) Hill of El Paso, IL; Chad (Jennifer) Hill of Rogersville, TN; Christopher Hill of Rogersville, TN; two step-sons, John (Marissa) Hill of Gridley, IL; Daniel Hill of Pattonsburg, IL; four sisters, Janice (Penny) Parolek; Iris Ketchmark; Mary Ann Schwartz; Joyce Shelton; eight grandchildren, one step great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Larry attended the Minonk-Dana-Rutland Schools. He was a salesman for CASE and managed Farm and Fleet stores. He was also the owner and operator of Hills Supply, Hills Xtra Cut, and Hills Xtra Stripe in Minonk with his wife.
Larry accepted Christ as his Savior on March 2, 2015. His funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at the Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4-7 pm at the funeral home and one hour prior to services on Wednesday. Burial will be in Minonk Township Cemetery
