Helen Ludwig

Helen Margaret Ludwig, 76, of Minonk died Thursday, July 8, 2021 at 11:44 p.m. at Carle BroMenn Medical Center in Normal.

She was born November 28, 1944 in Seattle, WA, to Christopher and Mellie (Wales) Ronnei. She married Donald D. Ludwig on February 7, 1964 in the state of Washington. He survives.

Survivors also include two sons, D. Troy Ludwig of Minonk, David T. Ludwig of Colfax, IL; one daughter Dana K. Ludwig, of Minonk; one sister of WA; and seven grandchildren, Keganne, Alexandrea, Jacilyn, Elianna, Eva, Carter, Landon.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Helen was a homemaker and a co-founder of Zoe Centre Ministries.  She and Don held services at their home.  Helen also did homecare and loved and adored all the people she cared for.  She was active in bible study for local nursing homes and traveled abroad with Afterglow Ministries.

Private burial will be at Davison Cemetery in Minonk.

A Celebration of Life officiated by Pastor Linda Butler will be held on August 8, 2021 at 10:10 a.m. followed by food and fellowship at 11:30 a.m. This will be held at the Ludwig farm (2942 CR 00N, Minonk). Please join us as you can to help celebrate Helen's eternal life! All are welcome!
