Nancy Keller

Eureka- Nancy Keller, 73, of Eureka, IL passed away at 9:05 am on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at her residence in Eureka.

 

She was born on September 20, 1938 in Eureka, IL a daughter of Glenn and Florence Schilling Miller. She married her childhood sweetheart, John "Jack" Keller III on April 19, 1959 in Eureka, IL.

 

Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Jack Keller; one son, Dr. John (Jessica) Keller IV of Rockton, IL; and five grandsons, David, Carter, Matthew, John V, and Christopher.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents.

 

Nancy held several secretarial positions in her early years and was a postal clerk at the Eureka Post Office for 38 years.

 

As a young girl she spent many hours at the Eureka Public Library with a good book and won several reading contests. She was a loving mother and grandmother and most enjoyed spending time with her family and attending all their events.

 

She was a member of the Eureka Christian Church in Eureka. A private family graveside service will be held at Olio Township Cemetery.
