Deenie, I am so sorry to hear of your moms passing. I thought of her often and the memories I have as a young girl and her being a part of my life. She always made sure I had the most beautiful flowers and the best things her son (Duke) could give me for any kind of dance or function we attended. Your mom was a kind loving woman who will be missed by many, but the memories of her will brighten your days, warm your hearts and keep smiles on your face. Take care!

Deenie, I can't remember a part of my life that didn't have your mom, your brother or Rita Gaddy in it. I will never forget the kindess your mom bestowed on my family after my brother Mike passed away. Lee Street will never be the same, and neither will we. Your mother was one of the kindest people I have ever known, I see so much of her in you. As we age, we become the glue that holds our families together, you are stronger than you know, we get that from our moms. And the mom's of Lee Street were the strongest mom's I've ever known. Call me for anything, any reason and know that I love you.

What I love most about Mary Ann is her devotion to God and all of you. One of my favorite sayings: "Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in Heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know that they are happy. -Author Unknown" Please accept our very deepest sympathy, we miss her too.
