Marjorie Dickson, 91, of
Bloomington passed away on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 1:20 pm at
OSF St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington. Graveside services
will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 11 am at Park Hill
Cemetery in Bloomington with Pastor Allen Steinbeck officiating. In
lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church
or to an Organization of the Donor's Choice in Marjorie's name.
Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington is handling
arrangements.
Marge was born March 1, 1921 at
Heyworth, Illinois a daughter of Henry and Ida (Seidel) Goodlick.
She graduated from Heyworth schools and attended Brown's Business
College .
Marge was employed for 39 years by
the Federal Government with the U.S. Army Air Corps and the U.S.
Air Force at various military installations. She retired in 1980 at
Castle Air Force Base, California.
Survivors include nephews, Fred
(Darlene) Rotermund, Arthur Goodlick, and Dan (Darla) Goodlick;
nieces, Ruth(Dan) Balzer, Diana Goodlick Keim, Julie Goodlick, and
Janice Goodlick; great-nephew, Parker Goodlick; great-niece,
Isabelle Goodlick; along with several other great nieces and
nephews.
She was preceded in death by her
parents, two brothers, Virgil Goodlick and Joseph Goodlick; two
sisters, Doris Rotermund and Eleanor Goodlick.
Marge was a member of Trinity
Lutheran Church in Bloomington.
