Kathy and I met the first day at ISU and were very close through our college years and after. She was one of 2 bridemaids at my wedding in 1975. In recent years, we would mostly likely see each other only about once a year at the Evergreen Cemetery walk or run into each other shopping. Every time it was as if we had just left off. Kathy was the easiest person to be with and make laugh. I know a lot of my humor (and probably Cindy's horsing around) is from the pleasure it gave me to make her laugh. Kathy was the best mother and all around person imaginable and I will always miss her and hold the fondest of memories in my heart.

Dear Lacy; Your mother worked on our accounts when she was with Terry Romack and Lynn Cheeseman. Over the years we visited frequently. She was so sweet and such a polite person to work with. I know you will miss her deeply. She will live in your memories forever. May you find comfort in the warm embrace of family and friends. With Heartfelt Sympathy, Bob and Connie Horenkamp

I have great memories with Kathy as we were Basketball Bleacher Buddies for many years as we watched our daughters become Tri-Valley varsity basketball players. Sometimes carpooling to away games in the middle of nowhere, laughing so hard we cried when we would get lost of course. Kathy was a classy, beautiful lady and I will miss my dear friend always. Lacey my heart goes out to you and your family. Dee Dahms

The world is a better place having had Kathy here. I knew her at Terry Romack's and Lynn Cheeseman's. What a sincere smile and kind conversation! Kathy always talked about her daughter and I kept up to date before moving, but when I would call Mr Cheeseman there would be a ten minute conversation about both of our families, what a wonderous person! I feel as though I know you, Lacy. Be strong and remember there are many people who remember your special Mom as I do. Missing her already.
