Kari Ann Clarke Weber Mohr

El Paso- Kari Ann Clarke Weber Mohr, 39, of El Paso, IL formerly of Lancaster, OH passed away at her residence at 11:10 pm on Saturday, June 23, 2012.

She was born on July 26, 1972 in Lancaster, OH a daughter of Dennis G. and Lynn E. Norman Clarke.

Surviving are her parents, Dennis and Lynn Clarke of Lancaster, OH; one daughter, Lauren Ashley Weber; one son, Addison Clark Weber both at home; maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Norman of Lancaster, OH; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Seth P. Norman.

Kari Ann had worked as a CNA at El Paso Health Care and then as a homemaker for 16 years. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in El Paso, IL.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 11:00 am at Trinity Lutheran Church in El Paso, IL. Pastor Jonathan Boehne will officiate. The family will receive greetings from 10-11 am before the service at the church. Cremation rites will be accorded. Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in El Paso is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Cancer Center in Normal, IL, Advocate BroMenn Hospice, or Trinity Lutheran Church in El Paso. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.ruestmanharrisfuneralhome.com.

    I had the pleasure to meet Kari when she was in need and will never forget her....she was really battling and had many tears as she told me her situation...I held her hand and it really hit home to me as I shared with her my situation and being BRCA positive and having both of my daughters BRCA positive....she told me to never stop when you know something is wrong....we talked and both of us had tears...Kari I will meet you again honey and we both will be in better spirits!
