Jack C. Brougher
Bloomington- Jack C. Brougher, 82,
of Bloomington, passed away at 4:10 a.m. Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at
Advocate BroMenn Regional Medical Center in Normal. Cremation rites
have been accorded. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday June
18, 2012 at Kibler-Brady-Ruestman Memorial Home in Bloomington. In
lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family in Jack's
name.
Jack was born on November 9, 1929
in El Paso, Illinois to Earl and Carol (Studebaker) Brougher. He
married Ada Renee Norris, she preceded him in death in 1964.
He was preceded in death by his
parents, one son, Gary Brougher and one brother, Don.
He is survived by three sons, Grant
Brougher and Mark Brougher both of Bloomington; Jeff (Lois)
Brougher of Normal; two granddaughters, Kristi Brougher and
Danielle (Ben) Roe-Brougher; one sister, Michelle Braun. Also
surviving is Jack's companion of 25 years, Norma.
He served in the Army during the
Korean War.
He worked in the IAA Building
Department for 28 years.
He enjoyed fishing and was a avid
Cardinal fan.
He was a member of the VFW Post and
Moose Lodge both in Bloomington.
