I was saddened to read of Allen's passing. I went through school with Allen and have very fond memories. Allen was such a great guy - and always very funny. He always made us laugh. May God comfort you all in your time of sorrow.

Nancy, I am so sorry to hear about Allen. He and Ryan were best buddies growing up. I think of all the time they spent together at the ball park with John. I remember what a picky eater he was and my John nicknamed him "Tuna Noodle". Such fond memories of the boys together. Our prayers are with you.

There are never quite the words to express the loss of a loved one. But these are the ones we will choose! Allen was a big part of our lives for 19 years. He was always there for Eric when needed, there for me to give me crap and laugh! He always was there to lean on when needed! For as long as I live I will not and wont ever forget his laugh after teasing me, or hearing him do something to Eric and have that same laugh! It is so hard to believe he is gone out of our lives, but his spirit and memory will live on forever in our hearts! Our prayers for his family!

I was so sorry to hear about Allen. I worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters years ago and he frequently helped out at our fundraisers. He was a generous, fun person and he will be missed.

I knew Allen from working at Sam Leman's years ago. We quickly became good friends and he was one of my closest friends my last few years at ISU. I was lucky to have known such a great friend. My condolences to his friends and family. He will certainly be missed!

SEnding my condolences to the family and fellow friends of Allen. He will missed by everyone who knew him. A livelier soul has never graced our Earth, and he was truly one of a kind. I consider myself lucky to have called him a friend.

My heart and prayers go out to Allen's family. Although I didn't know you, I went to highschool with Allen and ocassionally hung out with him in recent years. He was a great soul, a friendly, kind and funny guy who had many friends. It is so tragic that he had to leave this world so soon but God has a plan and we will see him again in Heaven. He passed almost the same time and the same day as my grandfather (Kenneth Williamson) I still can't believe that the world lost two great men on the same day. I pray for peace and comfort to you all during this sad time. I know Allen would want everyone to be laughing and enjoying all the great times and memories with him. God Bless.

I worked with Allen for about ten years. He was the funniest and most fun loving person I think I have ever met. The world is now missing one great individual. I am very sorry for your families lost.

To all of Alan's family, I am so sorry for your loss. I played pool with Alan on Thursday nights and he was such a great person. He will be greatly missed by us all. He was so much fun to be around. It was such a pleasure to have known him. You are all in my thoughts during this difficult time.

I will miss my bro Allen every day. I was lucky to be able to work with him and see him daily for 16 years, as well as many baseball and football games and all the other good times we had. All my friends and family saw how great a person Al was and we connected on so many things, music, movies, sports and just the laid back good time personality that everyone enjoyed being around.
